Sisters, Patricia and Margaret founded Meggly Peggly in order to offer something a bit different. Tired of seeing the same short lived plastic toys and mass produced gifts we thought you might be too. So, we decided to do something about it.
We wanted to provide the traditional toy and gift shop of yester year (or like the ones you see in Hollywood movies but can never find in real life!). We've spent time and effort sourcing our products. We care a great deal about how they are manufactured and use natural materials that are kind to the environment wherever possible. Many of our toys and gifts are Fair Trade or made in the UK. Regardless of where they are made, you can rest assured that we only stock products from companies who respect and treat their employees fairly.
