| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. To order online enter the quantity required against your selected product on our product pages. Your shopping basket will automatically be updated with your order. You may review and change your order prior to placement. Once you have chosen your required products and are happy with your order proceed to CheckOut. To place your order click on the button Submit Order. By pressing this button you offer to buy the products at the prices indicated plus any applicable delivery charge. When you have placed your order and it has been accepted we will send you an email acknowledgment providing you with the details and value of your order, which will be debited to your credit/debit card. If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you by email or telephone. The prices shown on the website are exclusive of delivery charges. We accept most major credit and debit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. | Returns Policy Our aim is for all of our customers to be happy with the goods received from MegglyPeggly.co.uk. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order please return items within 7 days in the condition you received them and with the original packaging for a full refund of the goods value. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. We regret that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless the goods received are faulty. In this case please contact us immediately. When returning items we advise you to obtain a certificate of posting as the goods remain your property until they reach our office.
