Make your own wooden worry dolls. This handmade quality product has been lovingly designed to help little worriers whilst they sleep... If you have a problem then share it with a worry doll. Before you go to bed, tell one worry to each dolly. Pop them into their little bag and tuck them under your pillow. Whilst you sleep, the dolly will help solve your worries; they may even take them away!! But first the fun bit - you get to make them.
